WELCOME

These terms apply to every order placed at delilahinc.com, run by Delilah Inc. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

HANDMADE & MADE TO ORDER

Every keepsake is made to order and finished by hand, so small variations from piece to piece are natural. They are part of each box's charm and are not considered damage.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7 working days (Monday through Friday) for us to make your order before it ships. We ship within the United States only. Free U.S. shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after your order ships. Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout ($18 flat rate, arriving in about 3 business days after your order is made). During holidays and sales, please order early, as busy seasons can add time.

PERSONALIZATION

Please double-check names, initials, spelling and the options you choose before you place your order. We make your keepsake exactly as entered, so mistakes in the details you provide are not covered and would need to be re-ordered. If we make a mistake, please see our Refund Policy.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Delilah Inc is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If tracking stops updating or something looks wrong, email us and we will do our best to help with the carrier.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices and availability can change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

OUR DESIGNS

Our designs, illustrations and ballerina characters (including Delilah, Georgette, Juliet, Reynelda, Rayda and Gabriela), photos and text belong to Delilah Inc and may not be copied or used without our permission.

OUR RIGHTS

Delilah Inc may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund. We may update these terms at any time, and changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
